Earnest Jeyaraja Lead Pastor
Earnest Jeyaraja, founder and pastor of Global Harvest Outreach, was born and raised in India. At the age of 17, Earnest left India to pursue an education in the United States. He graduated from Bethany College of Missions in Bloomington, Minnesota in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in cross-cultural studies and is currently pursuing a master's degree in global and contextual studies at Bethel University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He also worked with the faith-based drug rehabilitation program, Minnesota Teen Challenge, for three years as an administrative assistant for the program director and is the founder and CEO of the international ministry Transformation Today, improving medical care and education in Southeast Asia and India. |


Andrea Jeyaraja Children's Ministry & Women's Ministry Coordinator
Andrea Jeyaraja, wife of Pastor Earnest, grew up in the Midwest United States. Alongside studying, she spent a year volunteering with Mercy Ships on the ship M/V Anastasis, ministering in South Africa, Liberia and Ghana (West Africa). In 2006 she returned to Minnesota to finish her bachelor's degree in biblical studies and leadership development, joining the Global Harvest Outreach team in October 2006. She and Pastor Earnest have one child, a son born in May 2009. |

Jacques Duce
Christian Education & Discipleship Pastor
Jacques Duce, Outreach Pastor of Global Harvest Outreach, was born and raised in Haiti where for many years he ministered in prisons and hospitals, also working as a teacher's assistant at a Bible Training School in Les Cayes.
At the age of 28, Jacques left Haiti to pursue an education in the United States. In 2003 he graduated from Bethany College of Missions in Bloomington, Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in cross-cultural studies. He furthered his education at Crown College, graduating in 2005 with a master's in Ministry Leadership.
In October 2003 he began working for Minnesota Teen Challenge as program staff, working closely with students and patients, and continued there until joining Global Harvest Outreach in July 2006. |


Samuel Chandran
Outreach Pastor
Samuel Chandran, discipleship pastor of Global Harvest Outreach, was born and raised in Chennai, India. He graduated from Madras Christian College with a masters in philosophy, a masters in Christian ministry from Madras Assemblies of God Bible College and a masters in psychotherapy and counseling. At present he is pursuing a PhD in philosophy from Madras University.
He joins us with rich experience on holistic child development, having worked for Compassion International in the capacity of Partnership Facilitator from 2004-2008, having managed 32 child development sponsorship programs and 2 child survival programs in North India.
He is passionate about teaching God's word and ministering to children and young people. He is also deeply interested in the ministry of help through counseling. |


Jim Towner
Spanish Outreach Pastor
Jim and Martha Towner have been missionaries in Spanish speaking countries for 27 years. This summer the Lord called them to return to the United States with their children to undertake a ministry among Hispanic immigrants. They are glad to serve with Global Harvest Church as Pastors of Hispanic outreach and minister to families from this growing ethnic group in the Twin Cities. |
